The Great Wave

It is one of those fantastic pieces of art that everyone around the world has seen in one form or another. It is known as “The Great Wave” today, but was originally called “Under the Wave of Kanagawa”. Created in the 1830s, it is one of a series of works that feature Mt. Fuji.
